Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to seven (7) days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less card processing charges of 5%.
Cancellations received within seven (7) days of arrival, NO refund will be passed.

Refund processing may take up to 7 days.

Bookings made through a 3rd party online portal eg. Booking.com or Airbnb.com are subject to Terms and Conditions outlined on the portals individual webpage.

Mirabilis does not take responsibility for any changes or disparities in the terms and conditions of 3rd party online portals.
